包容性增长:理论视角与研究启示

Inclusive Growth: Theoretical Perspectives and Research Revelation

由于国内面临收入分配差距扩大和经济增长失衡的困境,"包容性增长"的发展理论得到了中国政策制定者和研究者的关注。文章采用文献研究法,从缘起背景、内涵框架、测评方法、实现路径、理论意义、行业运用及其与"科学发展观"关系等视角总结包容性增长的研究成果,并对该理论的研究方法进行了回顾和评析,发现目前该研究仍处于概念性框架阶段,规范的实证研究较少,不管是理论要素的区分还是应用层面的评价构建都有待深入。

As China faces the plight of the widening income gap and the imbalance of economic growth, the term ＂ inclusive growth＂ is beginning to draw attention of policy makers and researchers in China. Based on the literature review, this paper makes a summary of the research findings on inclusive growth from the following aspects： origin, connotation, assessment methods, implementation method, theoretical significance and its relationship with ＂Scientific Outlook on Development＂ . It is found that current study is still in the stage of conceptual framework and there is a lack of empirical research. Further study should be carried on both theoretical elements distinction and the building of the evaluation system.
