国际人力资源管理的差异性及其战略 被引量:29

摘要 20世纪80年代以后,全球化的发展背景下,跨国公司以很快的速度和规模得以发展,国际人力资源管理问题也随之而来,对国际人力资源管理的理论和实践研究成为学术界的热点之一。文章就国际人力资源管理与国内人力资源管理的区别,国际人力资源管理的战略困境、战略模式以及对应的管理模式,在战略背景下的人力资源管理者角色的转变等问题的研究重点进行概略性综述。 Since the 1980's, with the process of Globalization, the multinational companies have developed in a high speed. Hence the problems of human resources management in an international environment emerge and the theoretic and practical studies on international human resources management become very popular. This article focuses on such issues as differences between domestic and international human resources management, strategic dilemmas, strategic modes as well as the corresponding management mode in the IHRM, and the changing roles of human resource managers in the background of multinational companies.
