咳嗽“死脉”在肺癌预后中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Death Pulse of Cough in the Prognosis of Lung Cancer

目的:探讨咳嗽"死脉"在肺癌预后中的临床应用。方法:通过查阅古籍,总结、归纳"死脉"的种类和其临床应用。结果:古医家论述的"死脉"之"死"是病重、难治的脉象,即中医古书论述的危重期,"死脉"和患者死亡没有必然的联系,但"死脉"可以作为肺癌预后的判断标准之一。结论:咳嗽"死脉"对肺癌预后有一定的指导作用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical application of death pulse of cough in the prognosis of lung cancer. Methods：The categories and clinical applications of death pulse of cough were summarized through reference to ancient medical books. Results：The death pulse that the ancients discussed indicated serious and refractory diseases, the critical period discussed by some ancient Chinese medical books. The death pulse is not necessarily related with the death of patients ,but it can be used as one of the criteria for prognosis of lung cancer. Conclusion ： The death pulse of cough has a guiding role in the prognosis of lung cancer.
