益肾化痰法治疗多发性骨髓瘤探析

Discussion on Method of Tonifying Kidney and Removing Phlegm in Treating Multiple Myeloma

目的:探讨多发性骨髓瘤的病因病机及治疗方法。方法:通过查阅文献结合临床应用总结骨髓瘤的病因病机及治疗方法。结果:多发性骨髓瘤骨质损害多因先天禀赋不足、后天失养或久病体虚,肾之精气亏虚,督脉虚损,风寒湿毒之邪或风湿热毒之邪,侵袭机体,导致气血运行不畅,痰瘀内生,痰瘀邪毒相互搏结,闭阻经络,经脉筋骨失于濡养而发病。其病位似在经脉筋骨,实质上在肾,与肝及脾胃密切相关。采用益肾化痰法治疗多发性骨髓瘤,药用杜仲、补骨脂、狗脊、怀牛膝、川续断、浙贝母、生牡蛎、白芥子、陈皮、清半夏等治疗。结论:益肾化痰法治疗多发性骨髓瘤疗效显著。

Objective：To discuss the etiological factors, pathogenesis and therapeutic methods of multiple myeloma （MM）. Methods：Etiological factors,pathogenesis and therapeutic methods of myeloma were summarized through looking up literatures and combining clinical application. Results ： Sclerotin lesion of MM was caused by insufficient of natural endowment, acquired dystrophy or weakness due to chronic disease ,which lead to insufficient of kidney essence and Du meridian,then once invaded by pathogenic factors of wind-cold- dampness toxin or rheumatic fever toxin, poor qi and blood circulation would occur, and producing internal phlegm and blood stasis. Mu- tual tanglement of phlegm and blood stasis would block meridian and collateral channels, thus failed nourishment of meridians, muscles and bones could result in the occurrence of this disease. Disease location was actually at kidney,related to liver, spleen and stomach, though looked like at meridians, muscles and bones. Method of tonifying kidney and removing phlegm was used to treat MM, composition of the prescription mainly concluded Eucommia ulmoides Oliv, Psoralea corylifolia, Cibotium barometz, radix achyranthis bidentatae, Dipsacus asperoides, Fritillaria thunbergii Miq, raw oyster, Sinapis alba, pericarpium citri reticulatae, Pinellia ternate, and so on. Conclusion：Method of tonifying kidney and removing phlegm has certain therapeutic effects in treating MM.
