邵氏“五针法”治疗急性发作期哮病的临床研究

Clinical Research of Shao′s "Five Acupuncture Therapies" in Treating Acute Paroxysmal Ashma

目的:对邵氏"五针法"治疗急性发作期哮病进行临床研究。方法:将70例哮病急性发作期患者,随机分为试验组(35例)和对照组(35例)。试验组采用邵氏"五针法"联合西医治疗,对照组采用茶碱缓释片加联合治疗。两组均每日治疗1次,连续治疗1周。结果:①试验组临床控制24例,显效7例,有效1例,无效0例,有效率为100%;对照组临床控制13例,显效12例,有效7例,无效0例,有效率为100%。②组间比较,试验组临床疗效、肺功能改善与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),试验组优于对照组。结论:邵氏"五针法"治疗急性发作期哮病,临床疗效优于茶碱缓释片治疗。

Objective ：To discuss the clinical research of Shao＇s ＂five acupuncture therapies＂ in treating acute paroxysmal asthma. Methods ：70 cases of acute paroxysmal asthma patients were randomly divided into the experimental group （35 cases） and the control group （35 cases）. The experimental group was treated by Shao＇s ＂five acupuncture therapies＂ and combination therapy, the control group was treated by Theophylline Sustained Release Tablets and combination therapy. Both groups were treated once per day with continuously treating one week. Resuhs ：（1）In the experimental group ,24 eases were controlled clinically ,7 had excellent effects, 1 was effective, none was ineffective, the effective rate was 100% ;in the control group, 13 eases were controlled clinically, 12 had excellent effects ,7 was effective, none was ineffective, the effective rate was 100%. （2）Comparing two groups：clinical effects and improvement of lung function in experimental group had significant difference compared with the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ） ,the experimental group was superior to the control group. Conclusion：Clinical curative effects of Shao＇s ＂five acupuncture therapies＂ are superior to Theophylline Sustained Release Tablets in treating acute paroxysmal asthma.
