浅谈《针灸易学》的学术特色

Discussion on the Academic Characteristics of Zhenjiu Yixue

目的:探讨《针灸易学》的学术特色。方法:通过查阅《针灸易学》及相关书籍对作者生平、本书内容与特色、学术价值和版本流传为主的内容加以归纳分析。结果:《针灸易学》为清代医家李守先所著,分上、下两卷,上卷包括针灸源流、手法、认症三部分,下卷为寻穴。书中大量摘录历代针灸典籍及各家精华。提出手法、认症、取穴是学习针灸的三要素,指明针灸学习的顺序要以手法为先,次学认症,再学寻穴。结论:本书内容简明扼要,浅显易懂,便于掌握,是以实用为主的简明针灸读物,对初学针灸者,于临床时有一定的参考价值。

Objective：To study academic characteristics of Zhenjiu Yixue. Methods：Summarize and analyze the contents of the author＇s life, content and features of the book, academic values and the version passing mainly by referring to Zhenjiu Yixue and related books. Resuhs：Zhenjiu Yixue, which was written by medical scientist, Li Shouxian in Qing Dynasty was divided into two volumes. The first volume included three parts,acupuncture origins,manipulations and recognization of diseases while the other volume included aeupoint selection. This book contained a large number of extracts from ancient acupuncture classics and extracts from various doctors. It pointed out that the three essential factors for leafing acupuncture were the manipulation, ecognization of diseases and acupoint selection and indicated that the order of learning acupuncture was the manipulation first, ecognization of diseases next and then aeupoint selection. Conclusion ：The book is concise and easy to understand and grasp which is a utility-based condensed acupuncture reading for beginners, and has certain reference values in clinic.
