苍术乌蛇汤配合穴位注射治疗顽固性湿疹临床研究

Clinical Research of Cangzhu Wushe Decoction Combined with Acupuncture Point Injection Therapy in Treating Stubborn Eczerma

目的:探讨苦参注射液穴位注射配合苍术乌蛇汤治疗顽固性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:将140例顽固性湿疹患者按随机数字表法分为两组。治疗组70例采用苦参注射液穴位注射配合苍术乌蛇汤治疗。对照组采用常规西药治疗。10 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为92.85%,对照组有效率为57.14%。两组比较有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:苍术乌蛇汤配合穴位注射治疗顽固性湿疹疗效显著。

Objective：To discuss the clinical curative effect of acupuncture point injection of Sophora flavescens combined with Cangzhu Wushe Decoction in treating stubborn eczerma. Methods： 140 cases of stubboren eczerma patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group （70 cases） was treated by acupuncture point injection of Sophora flavescens combined with Cangzhu Wushe Decoction. The control group was given routine western medicine treatment. Both groups were given curative effect observation of two courses of treatment,with every ten days as one course of treatment. Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 92.85% respectively, and the control group was 57.14% respectively, comparison between two groups had remarkable difference （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conelusion：Cangzhu Wushe Decoction combined with acupuncture point iniection had significant effect in treating stubborn eczerma.
