循环经济标准化发展的主体驱动模式研究

辨析循环经济标准化发展的主体,研究、梳理主体间的主观能动性与相关间的作用关系,探讨循环经济标准化发展的驱动模式,是循环经济标准化理论研究与指导实践过程中亟需解决的问题之一。文章对循环经济标准化模式的概念与特征进行了概括与阐述;研究分析了政府、企业、非营利性科研机构的主体地位及其标准化驱动因素;提出了循环经济标准化的三种主体驱动模式,并对循环经济标准化模式的动态演进进行了分析。

To discriminate the subjects of recycling-economy standardization development, research and comb the relationship between the subjective initiative and the associated of the subjects, and to investigate the drive model of recycling-economy standardization development, this is one of the urgent problem needs to be solved in the process of theoretical researching and practice-guiding of recycling-economy standardization. The article summarizes and elaborates on the concept and characteristics of the recycling-economy standardization model, and analyses the principal status of enterprises, government, non-profit scientific reseamh institutions and its standardization driving factor. Three main drive models of recycling-economy standardization are raised and the dynamic evolutions of recycling-economy standardization models are analyzed in the article.
