本文阐述了海洋标准化和海洋技术创新在海洋事业发展中的作用,分析了两者的关系,目的是让海洋工作者认识到它们之间的关系,使它们在海洋事业的发展中发挥更大的作用。
Both ocean standardization and ocean technological innovation play an important rolein the development of marine industrialization.This paper presents the function of ocean standardization and ocean technological innovation in the development of marine affairs, analyzes their relationship, helps the ocean workers realize the interaction effects between them, promotes the development ofmarine industrialization.
