基于FMEA的汽车ABS总成项目风险管理的应用研究

FMEA(潜在失效模式与后果分析)是可靠性设计的重要方法,论文在分析项目风险管理和实效模式与影响的基础上,引入FMEA分析到项目风险管理中,取得了良好的效果。通过分析FMEA风险评价技术,参照项目管理的特点及要求,得出项目风险管理FMEA的风险评价方法,并构建出基于FMEA的项目风险管理模式。通过在汽车ABS总成研制项目上的应用,得出运用FMEA分析可以有效地预防和降低项目风险。

Through the application in automobile ABS assembly development project, we can learn that using FMEA analysis can effectively prevent and reduce project risk.
