摘要
从一个新的角度建立了机电产品安全性评估的模型,即功能危险评估(functional hazard assessment),该方法从功能的角度分析产品的各层次功能有可能的失效模式以及后果,并依据失效模式和后果确定机电产品安全性的大小。通过该方法的使用,能在一定程度上弥补以往安全性评估方法的不足,帮助产品的设计者、使用者根据产品结构特点、自身需求选择合适的方法来评估机电产品的安全性,以保证产品的安全。
In this paper, we establish a safety assessment model of mechanical and electrical products for a new perspective. It is Functional Hazard Assessment. Here analyze all the functional failure mode and effects of mechanical and electrical products and also evaluates the prod- uct safety. By using the model on one hand, we can make up of the defects for the previous safety assessment & on the other hand, we can help designers and users to choose the appropriate and scientific safety assessment models that will ensure the product safety.
