摘要
论文介绍了某型号汽车发电机的特点、结构、工作原理及动平衡测试流程,分析了传统汽车发电机转子的动平衡工艺,找出了生产过程中产生废品的主要原因,并以此提出了动平衡"先浸漆后动平衡"改进思路;通过抽取两种方案各100件转子动平衡测试的数据,对比实验结果,并以此为依据,改进转子总成的动平衡工艺。
This paper introduces a type of automobile generator characteristics, structure, working principle and dynamic balance testing pro- cess, analysis of the traditional automobile generator rotor dynamic balance technology in the production process, find out the main reasons to produce waste products, and this made the dynamic balance "first dipping after balancing " thought of improvement by sampling two pro- gramme; the 100 rotor dynamic balancing test data, comparison of experimental results, and based on that, the improved rotor assembly of the dynamic balance technology.
