摘要
基于开放式、模块化的设计理念,设计了一套数控工作台控制系统,该系统采用PC机+运动控制卡的结构模式。论文首先介绍数控工作台控制系统的总体方案;然后说明控制系统的硬件结构;接着阐述Windows XP环境下控制软件的开发过程;最后数控工作台的机电联合调试表明本设计切实可行。
Based on the open and modularized architecture, a controlling system of NC worktable was designed, and PC＋ motion control card were used in this system. In this paper, the general design scheme of the controlling system was introduced firstly. Then the hardware configuration of the controlling system was illustrated. Subsequently, the development process of controlling software based on Windows XP was expounded. Finally, the mechatronic debugging of the NC worktable indicated that the design was feasible.
