摘要
高职院学生在学习机床内部构造和机床维护时,无法直接观察机床内部的运转状况。用UG软件模拟仿真了CA6140机床的主轴箱,并且通过按照主轴箱的传动系统图设定齿轮的啮合情况,做出在一定转速下齿轮传动仿真视频。通过这套模拟软件,不仅可以分析CA6140机床主轴箱内各个零件的结构,还可以分析这个部件的装配工艺,以及机床运转时内部的传动状况。使学生更直观的学习机床内部构造和机床维护,提高学习效果。
When the student of vocational collage learns to machine tools internal structure and maintaining, they couldn't watch the inside of machine tools. In thatr, we simulated a headstock of the CA6140 lathe in UG, and then fixed up the gears according to the kinematic scheme. We made a video on one rev. Throughing the simulant software, the readers not only can analyze the parts in the headstock of the CA6140 lathe, but also can analyze the assembly technique of the headstock and working condition of its inside. The students will learn to machine tools internal structure and maintaining visually and have an advance learning effect.
