高职学生创业心理与创业能力培养的探索

An Exploration of Mental Quality and Capability Cultivation in Pioneering Work among Higher Vocational School Students

创业心理素质与创业能力的培养,是创业教育的关键。目前,学生的创业素质与能力较差。所以要探索切合实际的课程,并与就业指导相结合,培养学生的创业心理素质与能力。增强实际训练,与社会实践相结合。教师要引导教育学生,使学生创业心理逐渐成熟,创业能力不断增强。

Mental quality and capability cultivation in pioneering work is the core of pioneering education. So far, students＂ quality and ca- pability are not in ideal condition. Thus, there is a great necessity for an exploration to pragmatic curricula, a combination of classes and ca- reer to reinforce students＂ mental quality and capability in pioneering work with practical training and social ability. Teachers are to guide and instruct students in order to realize mental maturity and strengthened capability in pioneering work.
