摘要
目的探讨单孔后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术的临床可行性和安全性。方法对15例肾上腺肿瘤患者采用单孔后腹腔镜。肾上腺肿瘤切除术。结果15例单孔后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术均顺利完成，2例患者因瘤体过大及过度肥胖另加一个5mm穿刺器外其余患者均采用单孔后腹腔镜手术成功。无中转开放及转为标准三孔腹腔镜手术，无并发症发生，短期随访无术后并发症发生。结论单孔后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术具有良好的安全性和可行性，但其临床治疗效果尚需大样本中远期随访和对照研究予以证实。
Objective To discuss the feasibility and safety of single-site retroperitoneoscopic adrenalectomy. Methods Fifteen patients with adrenal tumor underwent the single-site retroperitoneoscop- ic adrenalectomy. Results All cases were performed successfully. An additional 5-mm trocar was added in two cases because of excessive tumor mass and overweight respectively. No conversion to open surgery or 3- port approach was necessary. No postoperative complications were observed during a short-term follow-up. Conclusion Preliminary study on single-site retroperitoneoscopic adrenalectomy has shown its clinical safety and feasibility. However, further large-scale randomised controlled study with longer follow-up should be adopted to confirm these conclusions.
