摘要
采用固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱法分离和测定牡丹花中挥发油成分,用归一化法测定其相对含量。为使固相微萃取达到更高的效率,选用50/30μm PDMS/DVB/CAR的固相萃取头,萃取温度及时间为45℃和40min。共检出38种化合物,总质量分数为2 481.34ng·g-1。其中乙酸己酯、香茅醇、香叶醇和丙酸香叶酯等物质为构成牡丹花的特征香气的重要成分。
