摘要
通过问卷和访谈发现,我国散杂居地区民族学校呈现逐年减少的趋势,各年级生源也呈现逐年减少的趋势。朝鲜族学生选择汉校的较多,朝汉双语能力有限,对本民族文化了解较少。因此,一、地方政府与教育行政部门应该在双语教学与民族文化课程方面制定相应的政策;二、民族学校要充分承担起民族文化传承的功能,走内涵发展的道路;三、民族学校要全面提高教育教学质量,培养民汉"双语"兼通的人才;四、全社会都要重视民族文化的传承问题,形成浓厚的民族文化保护的氛围。
The questionnaires and interviews show that the number of schools for ethnic minorities in mixed communities decreases yearly and the sources of students of each grades also shrink with years. More students of Chinese Korean choose to study in schools for the Han nationality. Their bilingual aptitude is limited and they have inadequate acquaintance with their own culture. Measures should be taken as follows: 1., it is necessary for local governments and administrative departments of education to make polices for bilingual teaching and course arrangement of national cultures 2. schools for ethnic minorities should make their full play to carry forward the national culture and emphasize the connotation of national education 3. teaching quality must be comprehensively improved so as to cultivate talents proficient in "bilingual application"; 4, society-wide attention to the inheritance of national culture should be paid so as to form a phenomenon of national culture protection.
