摘要 数控强制式胀管机采用管制成型装备中的节能降耗技术,应用国际领先的胀管工艺,在胀制热交换器时,将热交换器上的铜管两端强制夹紧固定,避免铜管收缩而导致长度变短,从而比传统工艺节约3%-5%的管材。本项目采用电机驱动滚珠丝杆替代传统的大油缸,伺服电机精确调整定位,相比传统型纯液压系统节约电能60%左右,且避免了冷却水的消耗,并降低了液压油的损耗。由于整个空调行业利润只有3%,解决热交换器再不发生3%~5%收缩变形,就可以直接增加空调的利润0.8%~1.2%。 CNC forcing expander machine adopts advanced energy-saving technology and international expanding process, two sides of copper coil should be fixed by forcing during the processing of expanding heat- exchanger to prevent tube from shrinking , comparing to traditional technology , it can save 3%-5% copper coil .Owing to using motor- driving hall screw instead of traditional oil tank , the machine processes the advantage of exact servo motor location function and reducing the consumption of cooling water and hydraulic oil , as well as saving about 60% electric power. The profit just reaches to 3% for the current whole air conditioner market, however, since 3%-5% heat-exchanger shrinkage has been solved , the profit has increased 0.8%-1.2% on the basis of origin rate.
