弱流动因素制约下人口承载力空间研究——以北京市海淀区为例

本文以北京市海淀区"十二五规划"空间规划为指导,抓住规划目标与人口承载力的矛盾,利用第六次人口普查数据,从空间布局入手,用立体化视角从居住、出行、幼儿教育三个弱流动性因素制约下,分析了海淀区29个街道(乡镇)人口承载力的现状和问题。在人口承载力实证研究的基础上得出提升海淀区人口承载的关键点是以提高海淀区居民生活水平为目标,降低不可流动性资源对人口承载力的约束。

With Haitian District ＂Five-Year Plan ＂ space planning as a guide,this paper focuses on contradiction between planning target and population capacity and with the data of the sixth census analyzes the situation and problems of population capacity in 29 communities,Haitian District from the perspective of three weak flow factors,including living conditions,travel conditions and education conditions.It can be draw conclusions that breaking the constraint on population capacity from weak flow factors is an effective way to enhance population capacity and living level.
