基于DEA模型研究东北三省城市经济效率与城市化发展速度的协调性问题

如今我国正处于城市化进程的黄金发展阶段,认清城市经济效率与城市化发展速度的关系,以及对城市经济效率的测算评价,可以帮助我们正确的理解城市群的经济协调发展问题。一方面,东北三省整体上具有自身特点,其经济发展对资源的依赖性很强,粗放生产模式和较慢的技术发展速度如今已无法满足经济发展需要。另一方面,这三个省份各自又具有较为突出的特点,辽宁省科技实力雄厚,黑龙江省机械化农业生产,吉林省重工业发展的基础较好。因此要想提高城市群的经济效率,就要先努力协调城市间的矛盾,促进城市间的合作共赢;反之,要想实现城市群经济的协调发展,也要从提高城市群的经济效率着手。本文选取东北三省为研究目标,将重点放在研究城市群经济效率与城市化发展速度之间的关系上,通过对这一关系的深入分析,使东北三省充分发挥各省市的自身优势,加强交流与合作,在提高城市群经济效率的同时,实现经济的协调发展,早日达成"振兴东北老工业基地"的战略目标。

Today,China is in a gold development sta-ge of urbanization,Clear understanding of the relationship between urban economic efficiency and speed of urbanization,and the evaluation of the city＇s economic efficiency,can help us understand the economic coordinated development of urban agglomerations. On the one side,from an overall point of view,dependence on the resources,the extensive mode of production and outdated technology have been unable to meet the economic development needs.On the other hand,each of the three provinces has a prominent feature.Liaoning Province has a strong strength of technology,and Heilongjiang Province has the mechanization of agricultural production,Jilin Province has a good basis of the secondary industry.Therefore,in order to improve the economic efficiency of the urban agglomeration,we must try hard to harmonize the contradiction between the cities,and promote win-win cooperation between the cities. In this paper,I selected the three northeastern provinces to be the goal,focused on the coordinated economic development of the three northeastern provinces,tried to found the relationship between the economic efficiency and the development of urbanization speed.In the end,the three provinces can take their advantages,and strengthen cooperation,improve the economic efficiency,achieve the strategic objectives of ＂revitalization of the old industrial bases in Northeast China＂ at an early date.
