境外总承包工程风险管控系统建设初探

自2003年提出"走出去"战略以来,中国企业积极开拓海外市场,尤其是在工程总承包市场取得了突出的成绩。但与此同时,以中铁建"沙特风暴"41亿巨亏,各种"走出去"的失败案例提醒着中国企业。提高企业风险管控能力,增强企业综合管理水平,健康稳定持续的发展壮大,在这个方向上,中国企业还有很长的路要走。

Since China put ＂Go Global＂strategy in2003,Chinese enterprises have vigorously explored overseas market and achieved outstanding perfomance,especially in the engineering general contracting market.But at thesame time,taken the 4.1 billion loss of the＂Saudi Arabia Storm＂project of CRCC for example,various failure cases of＂Go Global＂reminded Chinese enterprises that they have a long way to go in the direction of improving enterprise risk control ability,enhancing comprehensive management level and developing healthily,steadily and sustainably.
