摘要
随着"刘易斯拐点"的到来,我国各地"用工荒"状况相继出现。传统的由企业主导的劳资关系也逐渐转向了企业与员工相对平等的劳资关系。本文基于这种转变,借助博弈模型分别介绍和比较了双方的劳资博弈情况,并根据结论给出了增强双方博弈力量的建议。
With the arrival of the "Lewis Inflection Point",our country "labor shortage" situation arise.The traditional labour-capital relationship by enterprise leading also gradually turned to the equal labour-capital relationship.This article based on this kind of change,introduced the different labour-capital relationship situation using the game model.And according to the conclusion,this article also provides suggestions that can respectively enhance two sides game strength.
