氧是啤酒的头号敌人。本文讨论了氧对啤酒品质的影响。
Oxygen is the number one enemy of beer.In this paper,the influence of oxygen for quality of beer,aim of controlling content of oxygen and measures of controlling of oxygen was discussed.
