摘要
从理论和实践上对食品机械在使用过程中较常出现的金属材料均匀腐蚀、电偶腐蚀、磨损腐蚀和微生物腐蚀现象出现的原因、失效形式进行了较详尽的论述。并针对各种腐蚀现象 ,分别在设计、制造上及在使用食品机械时提出了相应的防止方法。
This article discussed in detail causes and effects of corrode phenomena of metal material that food machinery was emerged in processing in theory and practice.Some approprite preventable measures to all sorts of corrode phenomena were taken in designing,producing as well as in using food machinery in each.
