甘草有效成分分离及其对自由基的清除能力 被引量:17

摘要 对甘草水提取物及提取的甘草酸的羟自由基清除能力进行了评价 ,结果显示甘草水提取物 (甘草酸浓度为 1 53mg/ml)对羟自由基清除能力高于提纯的甘草酸溶液 (甘草酸浓度为 1 53mg/ml) ,并且二者的羟自由基清除能力远远大于同浓度的Vc 溶液。 The hydroxyl radical scavenging activity of water extract and glycyrrhizin extracted was evaluated in vetro.The results obtained showed that licorice water extract (the concentration of glycyrrhizin =1.53 mg/ml)had the higher ability to scavenge hydrixyl-radical than the solution of glycyrrhizin isolated (the concentration of glycyrrhizin =1.53 mg/ml).Their hydroxyl-radical scavenging activity was much higher than the solution of the same concentratione Vc.
