摘要
设计一套微波催陈白酒的试验装置 ,使酒的后熟贮存期缩短 ,确定了微波催陈白酒的工艺路线及控制参数。研究了该试验装置中能量交换器的设计 ,探讨了微波泄漏的可能部位及预防措施。
An experimental microwave device for catalyzing alcoholic liquor was established.This device could reduce the storage period of alcoholic liquor.The technological process and control parameters of microwave catalyzing alcoholic liquor were confirmed,and the effect of the design of an energy exchanger in this device on catalyzing alcoholic liquor was studied, the possible part of microwave leakage and the precaution step of microwave leakage were also discussed.
