摘要高能量损伤导致脊柱胸腰椎骨折在临床中经常遇到,对于治疗方案的选择,既往有甚多报道,而许多研究结果没有相关影像学指标这样一个报告,缺乏脊柱后凸角度、椎体损失高度、临床效果的长期随访的相关资料,所以胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的最佳治疗方案仍存有争议。本文从胸腰椎生物力学、骨折形态、
