不同分期股骨头坏死在影像诊断中的成本控制研究

Study of the cost control in the imaging diagnosis of ANFH

目的探讨两种影像检查方案检查股骨头缺血性坏死(avascular necrosis of femoral head,ANFH)的成本控制。方法收集整理2009年7月一20011年6月ANFH患者的信息,以其检查次数、所花费用、就诊时间等作为评价指标,将试验组及传统组进行对比分祈。结果试验组与传统组的患者之间在检查次数、检查费用、就诊时间有统计学显著差异。结论试验组方案可以明显促进持续性质量改进,缩短平均住院时间、降低住院费用、提高患者滿意率。

【Objective】 To evaluate the cost control of two image diagnostic programmes（the experimental groups and the traditional groups） about ANFH.【Methods】Collect the image information of ANFH from July 2009 to June 2011,we analyzed the cost control using the diagnostic times、the diagnostic charges 、the diagnostic time for the patients as the evaluating indexes.【Resluts】 There was significant difference in diagnostic times、the diagnostic charges for the patients and the diagnostic time between the experimental groups and the traditional groups.【Conclusion】 The experimental groups can markedly improve patient satisfaction,decrease the diagnostic times、the diagnostic charges for the patients.
