摘要
采用硫氰酸铁法以没食子酸丙脂为对照 ,研究了几种植物芳香油对食用植物油的抗氧化活性。结果表明 ,姜黄、生姜、木姜子、桔皮芳香油对大豆油、芝麻油、菜籽油、花生油等食用植物油脂均具有较强的抗氧化作用。
The studies of antioxidative activities from some kinds of plant aromatic Oil in the four kinds of cdible vegetable oil were investigated in comparision with GP by the thiocyanate method.The antioxidatives activities of curcuma,ginger,litsea pugcrs,orange skin in them are stronger.
