24例乳腺叶状肿瘤彩色多普勒超声诊断

Antidiastole of 24 cases of breast phyllodes tumor by Doppler ultrasound

目的分析乳腺叶状肿瘤的超声声像图特征,探讨彩色多普勒超声对乳腺叶状肿瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院2008年1月-2011年9月经手术病理证实的24例乳腺叶状肿瘤的超声声像图特征。结果 24例乳腺叶状肿瘤中,23例(95.8%)单结节,1例多结节,10(41.7%)例内部可见不规则无回声区,20例(83.3%)边界清楚,16(66.7%)例呈明显分叶状,1例内部见微小钙化,13(54.1%)例内可见高回声分隔。彩色多普勒检查大部分肿块内部见丰富的血流信号。肿块直径范围1.5cm-10.0cm[平均(5.0±4.5)cm]。结论分析乳腺叶状肿瘤超声声像图特征,结合病史和临床特点,能提高超声对乳腺叶状肿瘤的诊断价值。

【Objective】 To analyze and diagnose the breast phyllodes tumor through the sonographic features by Doppler ultrasound.【Methods】The sonographic features and color Doppler ulrtasound diagnosis were retrospectively analysed in 24 cases of breast phyllodes tumors,which were pathologically confirmed in our hospital from January 2008 to September 2011.【Resluts】In 24 cases of breast phyllodes tumors,23 patients（95.8%） were tuberculum impar,1 patients was nodosity,10 patients（41.7%）were of irregular anechoic area,20 patients（83.3%） had clear boundary,16 patients（66.7%）showed a lobulated appearance,1 case was of microcalcification,and 13 patients（54.1%）were seen the high echo separation.Blood flow signal was rich both in periphery and interior of tumor in the most cases.Mass size was range from 1.5cm to 10cm（mean,5.0±4.5cm）.【Conclusion】Analysis of tumor sonographic features,combined with the history and clinical features,can improve the diagnosis of breast phyllodes tumor by Doppler ultrasound.
