LISS微创内固定系统治疗胫骨近端复杂骨折临床观察

The clinical effects of LISS minimally invasive fixation for treatment of complex fractures of the proximal tibia

目的探讨LISS微创内固定系统治疗胫骨近端复杂骨折的临床效果。方法选取在2007年6月-2011年6月间到我院收治的71例胫骨近端复杂骨折患者,将71例患者随机分为两组,观察组36例,对照组35例,观察组患者采用LISS微创内固定系统进行治疗,对照组患者采用传统的解剖钢板进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗过程进行跟踪观察,并记录所得数据。结果观察组36例患者中,显效21例,有效12例,无效3例,治疗有效率为91.7%,对照组35例患者中,显效15例,有效11例,无效9例,治疗有效率为74.3%。结论对于胫骨近端复杂骨折疾病的治疗,采用LISS微创内固定系统治疗的效果显著,值得在临床上推广应用。

【Objective】 To investigate the clinical effects of LISS minimally invasive fixation for treatment of complex fractures of the proximal tibia.【Methods】To our hospital between June 2007-June 2011,71 cases of complex fractures of the proximal tibia patients,71 patients were randomLy divided into two groups,the observation group,36 cases,35 cases of the control group,the observation group patients with the LISS minimally invasive fixation system for treatment,the control group were treated with traditional anatomical plate for treatment,to track the course of treatment of patients observed and recorded the data obtained.【Resluts】36 patients,21 cases markedly effective in 12 cases,3 cases,treatment effective rate was 91.7% in the control group of 35 patients,15 cases markedly effective in 11 cases,9 cases,the treatment efficiency 74.3%.【Conclusion】Using fixation system LISS minimally invasive treatment the proximal tibia complex fracture treatment of the disease,the effect is significant,worthy of clinical application.
