硫酸法生产钛白粉工业中的防腐蚀形式探讨 被引量:1

摘要 钛白粉的应用领域非常广,是目前性能最好的白色颜料。而作为主要生产工艺(硫酸法)生产钛白的企业会遇到很多复杂的腐蚀工况条件,做好防腐工作对这些企业而言至关重要。结合多年的防腐蚀工程应用经验基础,本文介绍了硫酸法生产钛白粉的企业常碰到的腐蚀工况条件和采取的相关防腐措施,可供相关钛白粉生产企业和防腐施工企业参考。 AS the best performance of the white pigment, titanium dioxide had widely used. Method of using sulfuric acid was the main production process in titanium dioxide production. Using these production, the enterprises would encounter a lot of complex corrosion conditions. Anticorrosion work is crucial to these enterprises. The corrosion conditions and how to take relevant measures to prevent corrosion in the enterprise which produce titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid was introduced in this paper.
