核电厂冷冻水管道涂层失效原因分析及解决建议 被引量:7

摘要 在对某核电厂冷冻水管道表面进行腐蚀检查过程中,发现管道表面涂层有大量起泡现象,并有锈迹渗出,本文从保冷设计和涂层性能两方面对冷冻水管道表面涂层失效原因进行分析,并对冷冻水管道的保冷及涂层设计及选用提出了建议。 In a nuclear power plant maintenance process, the coating of chilled water pipes was found a large number of blistering. It was analyzed the reason of coating failure from the design of thermal insulation of pipes and performance of coatings in the paper. And also, some recommendations were addressed to avoid coating failure for the chilled water pipeline.
