摘要
提出了植物油掺伪鉴别的一种新方法 ,以对脂肪酸组成的鉴别为主 ,辅以化学方法对特征指标、特性反应的检测作综合判断 ,提高了植物油掺伪鉴别的准确度。
A new method of judging the adulteration of vegetable oils is prompted in this text,which is mainly testing the fatty acid composition of oils with GC,aided by testing the characteristic specifications and reactions of the oil,make it more accurate,convenient and fast in judging the adulteration of vegetable oils.
