摘要
中国共产党在党管干部方面形成了一套较为系统、完整的制度,积累了不少宝贵的经验。但党的建设方面特别是党员、干部队伍出现了许多亟待解决的突出问题。干部管理工作也存在一些需要加强的薄弱环节。干部的选拔任用工作还存在一些疏漏、考察制度有时流于形式,监督工作的思路需要调整,培训工作需要进一步务实。因此,需要进一步完善党管干部的具体制度。要进一步健全干部选拔任用制度,改革干部管理制度,加强对干部的监督体系建设,改善干部的培训教育工作。
The Communist Party of China has established rather systematic and complete institutions for and accumulated rich precious experience in Party in charge of cadre management. However, there emerge quite a few prominent problems in Party building especially of Party members and cadre ranks. There also exist some weak links in cadre management work. There are some omissions in cadre selection and appointments, occasional mere formalities in test system, needs for mentality adjustment in supervision work, and needs for further solidness in ed ucation work. Therefore, specific institutions for the Party to take charge of cadre management need to be further developed. We need to further develop the system for cadre selection and appointment, reform the cadre manage ment system, strengthen the building of cadre supervision system, and improve cadre training and education.
