"Pivoting to Asia" is a U.S.Strategy against the Trend of the Times

2009年奥巴马入主美国白宫后,由实行"对华和解"迅速转到实施"重返亚太"战略,从五个方面作出部署,围堵和遏制中国,声势汹汹,不可一世。但由于这种战略在国与国的关系、世界格局的转换、社会制度的更迭等三个层次上,全都在逆时代潮流而动,因而是注定要失败而不能获得成功的。

After taking over the White House in 2009, Obama rapidly shift from ＂reconciliation with China＂ to implementing a strategy of ＂returning to Asia-Pacific＂ that swellingly deploys in five facets to encircle and contain China. However, this strategy is doomed to failure because it is against the trend of the times in international rela tions, world structure transformation, and social system change.
