摘要
为建立一种测定大豆总皂甙含量的新方法 ,以齐墩果酸作为标准品 ,采用分光光度法 ,配合薄层分析结果测定了经大孔树脂吸附法、正丁醇再分配法和混合法精制纯化后的 3种大豆总皂甙试样含量。本测定方法的平均回收率为 10 0 .58% ,RSD为 3.34 % ,方法简便 ,重现性好 ,可作为大豆皂甙含量检测的一种手段。
Chinese Journal of Food Hygiene.-2000,12(4):~ A method was developed for rapid determination of soybean saponins, the oleanolic acid was taken as the reference standard. The samples were determinated by spectrophotometry, the soybean saponins were extracted by different method (amberlyst adsorption, n-butanol deallocation and synthesis method) and the content was 84.95,55.56,93.39 percent respectively. The recovery rate was 100.58% and the relative standard deviation 3.34%. It is concluded that this method is suitable for analysis of saponins in soybean.
