摘要
阐述 Megafix B型活性染料的染色特性 ,重点分析了盐、烧碱的用量以及汽蒸温度和时间在二浴轧蒸染深色工艺中对染料固色率的影响 ,并对印染行业中常见的几个特深色泽进行拼色和固色试验。
Dyeing properties of Megafix B reactive dyes are interpreted. The key parameters exert influence on fixation yield of dyes in two-bath pad steam dyeing process with deep shade are studied, such as the amount of salt and caustic soda, time and temperature in steamer. Color matching and fixing are experimenting about various extra-deep shades common in dyeing and printing industry.
