"地票"制度作为重庆统筹城乡综合配套改革的一项制度创新,经过近四年的运行,重庆"地票"制度在统筹城乡与户籍制度改革中的价值日益显现。
After nearly four years,Chongqing ＂land ticket＂,a newly established system to balance urban and rural comprehensive supplementary reform,has been playing a significant role in balancing urban and rural development as well as in reforming household registration system.
