Along with the rising of the knowledge - based economy and the rapid development of modern society, the quality crisis of the library service is emerging. Only by holding the society tightly, taking the development of information resources for readers as the important direction of the library reform, using advantages of all kinds of resources and extending the service function, can the library solve the library service crisis and provide better service for the society.
