摘要
建筑物区分所有权是由业主所享有的专有部分的所有权、共有权和管理权三项权利所组成的一种复合性权利。我国《物权法》的颁布标志着建筑物区分所有权在我国的正式确立,未来我国应制定《建筑物区分所有权法》,以解决司法实践中的相关问题。
Condominium ownership is a composite right of ownership, co - ownership and management right of the proprietary parts enjoyed by the owners. The promulgation of China' s "Property Law" marks the formal establish- ment of condominium ownership in our country. In the future, we should make "Condominium Ownership Law", so as to resolve the relevant problems in judicial practice.
