Analysis on Reform of Supervision System of Changing Punishment against Freedom

自由刑的变更是刑事执行的重要环节,也是我国刑事司法的一项重要制度。文章分析了我国自由刑变更监督制度的现状及存在的问题,提出应适当扩大检察机关的监督权,建立检察同步监督机制和公开审理制度,从而完善我国现有的自由刑变更监督制度。

The change of punishment against freedom is an important part of criminal enforcement, and also is an im- portant system of criminal justice in China. The article analyzes the current situation and problems of our supervision system of changing punishment against freedom, puts forward that we should expand the supervisory powers of proc- uratorial organs appropriately and establish a procuratorial synchronized supervision mechanism and public hearing system so as to improve our existing supervision system of changing punishment against freedom.
