摘要
在随机调查的基础上,采用心理和谐量表和症状自评量表对唐山市某区300名司法机构工作人员进行测查,运用SPSS进行统计分析,采用多元回归方法确定影响司法机构工作人员心理健康和心理和谐的因素。司法机构工作人员心理和谐与心理健康总体水平低于全国均值,心理和谐与心理健康状况呈显著负相关;影响因素包括抑郁、敌对、工资待遇、偏执、精神病性、工作任务、工作压力。司法机构工作人员心理和谐和心理健康水平有待进一步提高。
Based on random investigation, this paper exams 300 judiciary staff in a district of Tangshan city by using mental harmony scale and symptom checklist and ascertains the factor that affects these staff's mental health and harmony by means of SPSS statistic analysis and multiple regression. The overall level of their mental health and harmony is inferior to the national average and the condition of mental harmony and health is negatively correlated. The influencing factors include depression, hostility, wages, paranoia, psychotism, work task and working pressure. The level of judiciary staff's mental Harmony and health waits to be further improved.
