摘要
根据桑蚕丝、柞蚕丝截面形态及面积大小的差异 ,利用显微镜与图像处理技术 ,对桑蚕丝和柞蚕丝的截面面积进行统计测定 ,以此为基础 ,藉助于普通生物显微镜 ,对绢丝落绵中桑蚕丝 /柞蚕丝的含量进行定量测定。
In the light of differences of sectional forms and areas between mulberry silk and tussah silk ,stastistics and tests are made on their sectional areas by microscopy and image treatment And furthermore, mulberry and tussah silk contained in silk noil are tested in their respective content by ordinary biological microscope
