新建锅炉安装结束前长期暴露在空气中金属表面易形成的腐蚀产物和锅炉的一些附件内涂覆的防蚀油剂,如不彻底清除将影响锅炉的正常安全运行。因此有必要对新建的锅炉进行化学清洗。本文分析讨论了在对新建锅炉的化学清洗中,采用低浓度羟基乙叉二膦酸清洗剂清洗,通过对各项指标的控制,可以取得理想的效果。

Corrosions tend to occur on the surfaces of metal parts of newly - built boilers that have been exposed to air for a long time before the installation completes. Anticorrosive oils are also applied on the surfaces of some parts. These are risky for normal and safe operation of the boilers if they have not been cleaned up completely. Cleaning of newly - built boilers with chemical reagents is thus re- quired. This paper discusses the utilization of hydroxyl ethylidene phosphonic acid with low concentra- tions as the cleaning agent. Good performance is shown by controlling carefully all the parameters dur- ing the cleaning process.
