Chemical cleaning for condenser of stainless steel tube in a power plant 600MW unit

针对严重的结垢现象、凝汽器真空度下降、机组效率下降、潜在影响机组的安全经济稳定运行,对该机组凝汽器水侧及水室进行化学清洗。化学清洗结束后,不锈钢管内污泥被完全清除,端差降低,真空度提高,清洗质量优良。

For the presence of severe fouling, the condenser vacuum of unit efficiency decline, poten- tial effects of the unit safe and economic and stable operation of the unit, condenser water side and a water chamber was chemical cleaned. The sludge inside stainless steel pipe is completely removed, dif- ferential perssure of inlet and outlet is reduced, vacuum is raised, the cleaning quality is good, after chemical cleaning.
