凝结水精处理树脂输送技术难点分析及控制措施

摘要 针对电厂凝结水体外再生高塔法精处理系统树脂输送堵塞管道,床体底部残留树脂输送不彻底,分离塔阴、阳树脂每次输送量难以控制等技术难点进行了分析。通过稀释树脂、强化树脂输送、人工运行监控等措施使以上技术难点得到控制,提高了精处理系统的运行可靠性,保证了运行周期及出水氢电导率小于0.1μS/cm。 In view of power plant condensate water off - site regeneration tower method polishing sys- tem resin conveying pipeline blockage, the bottom of the mixed bed residual resin conveying not thor- ough, separating tower anion & cation resins of each delivery quantity is difficult to control and other technical difficulties are analyzed. Through the dilution resin, reinforced resin conveying, artificial op- eration monitoring methods and etc so that the above technical difficulties under control, improve condensate polishing system operation reliability, ensure operation cycle and water cation conductivity 〈 0. 1 μS/cm.
