PBC Tengzhou Branch integrates the financial regulatory resources by the establishment of the Ministry of Su- pervision, and innovates financial supervision mechanism. Thepractice ofPBC Tengzhou branch shows that, under the existing conditions, some county branch can completely fulfill the financial supervision function, but the premise is to fully inte- grate all kinds of regulatory resources and base itself on the job fimctions of the PBC to expand the scope of regulation and apolv the suoervision results.
