摘要
稻谷在进行热力干燥时 ,往往产生爆腰现象。针对该现象 ,对影响稻谷爆腰率的诸因素进行了分析与探讨。指出采用合适的干燥温度和干燥速度 ,制定合理的干燥工艺 ,是降低稻谷干燥爆腰率的有效途径。
The crackle of rice emerges frequently during drying by heating power. To counter this phenomenon, various factors affecting crackle ratio of rice were analysed and discussed. It was pointed out that the effective way to lower the crackle of rice during drying should be proper drying temperature and speed as well as rational drying technology.
